一、 開艙機概述 General Description of Hatch cover Opening Machine QCJ開艙機是我公司集多年生產經驗，在為船舶通道與關閉設備配套、維修的改造過程中，經多家船廠相關技術專家的指導，針對日本舊貨船艙口蓋國內的改造或國產新舊貨船開艙機的使用情況，在船東的幫助與支持下，成功地開發并研制出的新產品。10年多來，經40多艘新舊貨船的安裝使用，船東的滿意率95以上。
QCJ type hatch cover Opening machine is one new product, it has been used on cargo ships for more than 40 units after the past 6 years and satisfied with each owner. 該機的主機通過了ISO9001;2000國際質量體系認證；其外形美觀堅固，齒輪滲碳硬化，確實經久耐用。整機易維修，安裝極為簡單。因其開艙機扭矩力大，安全可靠，操作方便，性能優良，維修成本低，部件購換方便，所以成了船東的理想選擇設備。
The main body of the equipment has got the authentication of ISO9001;2000 system. It has beauty figuration, cementite stiffened gear,. Because of great torque, our hatch cover lifting machine is durable, safe operation , easy to installation and maintenance, low cost for maintenance. 該機按其驅動源的不同分為兩種：一種是電動開艙機；一種是液壓開艙機。其型號為：DCJA型（電動）；YCJA型（液壓）。其主要用途，是用在貨船區域甲板開口的關閉上，屬于貨物垂向卸用的通道設備。雜貨船、散貨船、木材運輸船、多用途貨船等廣泛使用。（標準艙口蓋的開口通常11米以內），此開艙機可開啟艙口蓋的寬度12米以內。
The hatch cover Opening machine is to be divided into electric or hydraulic according to its driving power. model DCJA is electric, YCJA to be hydraulic. The equipment is to be used for closing the deck opening at cargo area, belong to the alleyway machine of vertical unload. So our product is applying to general cargo vessel,bulk cargo carrier, lumber carrier, muti-purpose cargo ship etc.
